"Sushi Hub opened its first store in 2006 in NSW. Today, it has over 170 stores operating and is on its way to 200 stores across Australia by the end of 2024. Sushi Hub prides itself on delivering Japanese cuisine, made from the freshest locally sourced produce. Serving sushi is a labour of love between our chefs and our customers. I don't know what's happening... 7 month ago it was so good... NOW.... The sushi was cold and don't taste nice....

They recycle yesterday sushis. Bought them 10.30am. Tasted cold, dry. I eat sushi everyday & make them myself. So I know the difference if they were kept overnight.
