Ordered 4 pizza and 4 sides, the pizzas had toppings unevenly added to one side, the 3 sundaes were only barely over half full and one even looks like someone took a spoon full out of it, had to throw all 3 sundaes away because we were concerned that someone already ate from it. I also added mega box, it was only a quarter box full. I was too upset and forgot to take photos of the pizzas and mega box, but did take photo of the sundaes. I filled out a complaint that day and 4-5 days later I still havent gotten any follow-up. Won't be buying from the Bankstown Dominos again, in fact will think twice ordering from Dominos again.
Big thanks to the chef!!! So much ingredients!!! Better than any other store, highly recommend!
Order delivery apps it will be delivered at 8:20 pm. Food did not arrive till 9:15 pm. Tried to call the Bass Hill store numerous times to find out about the delay. The call was never answered no explanation given as to why it was so late when delivered plus it was cold pizza for starving children
Summary: Disappointment due to the dishonesty in particular the staff manager: Anisha S. This evening my family entered the Dominoes franchise hoping to order via a valid coupon. Attached below are: 1 Coupon presented $7.95 large traditional pizzas 2 Coupon provided $8.95 large traditional pizzas Anisha did not accept the coupon because "we don't accept this...some Dominoes accept this and others do" despite the coupon valid till 21/8/22. Upon further questioning, Anisha was not able to provide adequate reasoning as to which Dominoes franchises accepted some coupons and others that do. This appeared unusual in context of large chain franchises that operate and deliver the same service nationwide. Despite accepting Anisha's dishonesty without further discussion, we ordered our food. Anisha provided us with a coupon which had the same deal except costing more. Both coupons are almost identical, please see the coupons below. It has become quite clear that not only did Anisha not fulfill the promises as advertised but importantly chose to be unnecessarily deceitful and dishonest towards customers. Displaying important customer service such as honesty and care is what is highly valuable as part of a fast food restaurant. My family and I do not plan on returning to this particular franchise until staff such as Anisha have further training and education regarding customer service and business operations. Senior management are expected to be at the very least honest and meet the expectations business promises.
DO NOT ORDER HERE. I would give 0 stars if possible. The pizza I ordered was made completely wrong missing 3 key ingredients and when I called, the lady manager refused to help me and said they need the big boss to check cameras but never got back to me. I know she lied because dominos has a camera tracker for pizzas made. This was turned off. She refused to tell me her name and told me she would hang up because im asking for unncessary information. I found out later that her name is Anisha. Service was horrible, such nasty rude people here.
I don't understand why restaurants dn't give me a reasonable explanation. After confirming the order, the restaurant didn't tell me to cancel or reject the order, and there was no refund. This makes me feel very bad.It's a waste of my time.
Waited for 10min after the tracking said it was cooked. Had to call whn th delivery will be coming. The car delivery option was not done as it should be.. dissatisfied disappointed.chilli flakes was very limited. Pizza looked alright. But probably will not refer as the service is very low.
Made an order that went through, met minimum delivery price & got cancelled. I called & they hung up on me immediately. Had a question about the order and they talked over me as they proceeded to hang up on me again.
Pizza was good, but let down by very mediocre customer service.
If only I could rate this store <1 stars. Absolutely horrendous cashier, with a disgusting attitude towards customers. I ordered domino's pizza online using the free coupon code for the first time, however after placing my order, the store owner immediately cancelled it. There was also no communication for the cancellation reason, not even calling my phone number to provide at least some sort of reason. Absolutely pathetic. I was unaware of this cancellation and spent 10 minutes walking to and fro to collect the expected pizza. As I walked into the store to try pick up my order, the lady was extremely rude to me. I was shocked, confused, and disgusted at the attitude the lady was giving me. I felt oppressed by her attitude, the way she treated me felt like utter ****. Thus, I DO NOT recommend going to this franchise, there are plenty more domino's stores around the area. Horrible experience for a first time customer, Horrible lady at the front counter, Horrible customer service, Horrible system, Horrible franchise. Absolutely Horrible. I suggest going to the restaurant next door, "Broaster Chicken". They have amazing customer service, and their pizza is better even though they don't make pizza 0/10 rating.
