They missed things from my order. We don’t have KFC often because it is quite expensive so when we splurge we hope to get what we asked for. I should have thoroughly checked before we left but at first glance it looked like everything was there. Tried to call/contact them via phone call x3 times but the phone just rang and rang. I won’t be able to claim the missed items. Disappointed.
I visited this KFC this morning, the service I received was amazing, the environment and the vibe in KFC Gisborne is so welcoming and calm. The chicken was fresh, chips were hot and seasoned beautifully, meal was 100% accurate. This store has made some amazing improvements over the last few months! I will be back more often :
The service is slow due to being understaffed, but the friendliness of employees make up for it. Waiting time can last up to 1hour 45 minutes when ordering inside restaurant. Drive through is the better option for faster service.
Placed an order on uber eats at the kaiti KFC, waited over 40 minutes just for my order to get cancelled, so I ordered from the KFC in town, order got cancelled there too due to “not being able to finish my order”. So I went to the KFC in town myself, they were still open and not busy at all. Went through the drive-thru and ordered my food. When I got home I was missing a piece of chicken from my 3pc quarter pack and was given gravy not potato and gravy. Lost over $50 for a $17 meal.
Amazing service the people that served me were great food was amazing and the staff were making sure the restaurant was clean 10/10 would go again
