Some staff on today 31.8.24 at the Gisborne branch were so rude. I saw it with a customer and a delivery driver.nnWhen orders are been queried they just walk away and ignore you.nnMacdonalds prices have become quite expensive. I think the quality of the service needs to matchnnEvery customer whether in-store or on delivery needs to be treated with respect.nnThanks
Awesome customer service's with a smile , it was busy but we didn't wait long very efficient, well done Mcdonald 's in Gisborne , then went by the river for lunch with plenty of parking
Staff work hard, always friendly.nnUpdate: Haven't been inside the resturant since covid & lockdown 2 years. Still the same, but with afew more customer order boards.
A pretty typical maccas. A bit dirtier than normal and strangely more impersonal with the little counter and corner for all the staff to half-hide around.
Drive through pretty fast most days, but can get backed up. Kai was hot and fresh.
