Terrible pizza. Went to complain. Terrible customer service by what can only be described as literal children. Called to complain and was hung up on. Food in-edible and have to find something else for dinner. No resolution or compromise from them had to take our pigfood with us.
Food is nothing special, you get what you pay for. The customer service the other day was the worst I've experienced. The guy at the counter totally ignored me whilst talking.to his colleague, glanced round looked at me then turned back to talk for another 5 mins. Then when finally served me it was like I was interrupting something. Which I clearly was....his conversation.
Quick pizzas. Decent pizzas. Nice staff. Only problem is that it is a bit crowded inside the building, often you have to wait outside.Food: 3/5

Got into Gisborne late, Domino's was open about 2130. Customer service on the phone was very polite. Didn't have to wait that long. The staff are all very competent and nice. Pizza was nice and hot. All these silly complaints in the reviews - you should not expect 5 star Ponsonby road quality when you're ordering a $5 pizza.
Average pizza, the base was quite soft.Food: 3/5

Eatable pizza size has reduced consistently significantly!!! NEVER reduce pizza size... honestly, the average human wouldn't mind paying more to keep the Domino's box full
Updated 2020: Quality has really gone down unless I keep getting unlucky on who's working there. Might be time to try out Pizza Hut
