Food is sometimes only given half. Staff aren't great. Have also had staff mark off my food without actually giving it. When asked they just laughed, but once confronted said nothing to my face.nnBrought potato and gravy only for it to have no potato at all. The gravy was thick and slimy.nnI'm always ordering online from them and yet they still forget some of my food. I'm not mean but don't give me attitude and expect me to take it. No way you'll get it 10x more from me. Staff lack professionalism and it shows.
Myself and my partner came through the drive thru this evening, spending roughly over $50. The chips were soggy, we only live 2 minutes away and we noticed the chicken was NOT cooked properly. It’s good we noticed it while we did, such a shame though we got put off and didn’t eat much of it. A waste of money I’ll say. Please do better with checking the temperatures for your chicken.
Great service. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Chicken is always hot and fresh. One of the fastest drive through on the south side. Staff take out time to have a conversation with the customers here. Service is fast but not rushed. They also offer great delivery services.
Reason for low zero star: I made an order via the app to be delivered. I received the order with half the items missing. I am sure the delivery guy did not take any item as the parcel was packed close. Called them, no answer. Called them the next morning, no response.
Can't say I'm surprised, most KFC's are the same but this one topped it all. Ordered almost $60.00 worth only to receive it without fries and they missed out the chicken in the order too.nActed like they didn't even care about what was happening. Someone needs to be there to keep an eye on what the packer is putting in the orders because she's missing 90% of my order. Shocking and disappointed..
