The service which we had yesterday 21/06/25 with the night shift manager was so pathetic. We ordered classic chicken meal and therefore we wanted it make it spicy as the self service order did not had spicy option for that menu which we ordered. We told the staff that we wanted to make it spicy so the staff said you need to talk with the manager . The manager came and she said she can't change it. But as when ever I order I always tell the staffs to change it they always change it for us. She was bit rude to us and the experience we had we honestly did liked it at all as a customer we should be given respect
I had placed an online order for 10 people with ASAP collection. However, after payment, the pickup time showed as 1 hour later. I went to the store, and the team was really helpful—they quickly prepared the order for us. Appreciate the great service!
Please give our thanks and appreciation for the wonderful customer service we had from the lady in drive thru tonight between 22.30 and 22.45. she was pleasant helpful and friendly. Last time we went we had a grumpy agro lady that was rude gruff stuffed our order up and generally unpleasant. So it was a breath of fresh air to see someone even so late in the night be cheerful and helpful. Did not get her name but she should be training all the customer service there.
I love kfc and I ordered spicy boneless chicken today through Door dash and I could tell that the delivery was late because the apparently kfc papatoetoe was running out of chicken. When I opened the box there’s clearly freshly fried chicken at the top and the bottom it’s stale hard chicken pieces.nReally disappointed. I enjoyed the freshly fried ones at the top but the other half was not pleasant.
Today we went in for lunch after church . We got our food on the tray cause we were eating in . They didn't think to put paper plates and cups on our tray so I was standing their waiting patiently to be served I can see they are busy so I waited . Surely someone will serve me . A lady came and stood not far from me She waited to.. then she interrupt a guy who was going to change the bins and asked him please can I get two cups . He give her the paper cup's I'm thinking okay I'm going to get served next .. he continues with what ever he was doing . I'm still standing their getting frustrated clearly they can see me standing there .. so that same man who changed the bin . I asked him excuse me can I have 4 paper cup's & plates please . Finally .. shit customer service .. never going there again . Rude dudes
