DO NOT COME HERE! Everytime I come here they always DOUBLE CHARGE to add cheese. The worker attempted to lie to me and say he double charged for cheese because they put 2 cheese on my burgers although I never asked for two extra cheese per burger. They are very sneaky.
DON'T COME HERE! My husband went to get me a burger today. They kept getting the order wrong and when he got home I realised they added a slice of cheese that I didn't asked for and charged $2 for that. What a dishonest upsale.nnEDIT: JUST QUICKLY READ 3 REVIEWS AND THEY WERE ALL ABOUT OVER CHARGING FOR CHEESE THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR. WHAT A SNEAKY THING TO DO TO THE CUSTOMERS.
So drove to BK from papakura , also got charged doeble for cheese on a whopper , they totally forgot one of our burgers and then we get home and the curly fries we paid for wich is more expensive then standard fries are not even curly fries , there was maybe three curly fries and the reat just standard fries , this was one of the worst encounters ive had , from.the staff attitude all the way through if we lived closer i wouldve driven back.
Recently renovated which is a bonus. The old layout was really tacky. Self service kiosk, though could do with more. Can't complain about the service or the food. Both of which was decent. Parking is OK but gets full during peak hours. The restaurant itself was dirty. Could definitely have someone do the cleaning instead of standing behind the counter.
Pretty much middle of the road. Food was really good . The regular fries container size is now a joke. Drink machine not working fully. And the staff don't speak english well enough for to understand your order was up to pick up. The fries container size annoyed me enough that there other places I could spend my money. And I will be.
