KFC Crossroads

My experience at this joint hasn’t been a positive one. Either their staff don’t know how to count or they are deliberately short changing you. My fault for for not checking too, but seriously it’s NOT that hard to count to 15 wicked wings!!! And their hot chips are disgustingly old, stale & cold. It’s never fresh! Make sure you ask for a fresh batch every time you order at drive-thru. This has not been a one-off. It happens every time, no matter the time of the day. Very disappointed!

Surprisingly a good experience on the 06/02/18. I made an order on the KFC Express App with a lot of customisations and they got every one of them right. The customer service from the older lady at the counter was excellent and I didn't have to wait too long either.

The head of staff here is rude and arrogant. Didn't got my drink in my zinger box after they told me everything is inside. I should have checked it myself as well. But really? They don't know how to even greet people.

Ordered through drive through. Waiting for our order and waiting and all the staff were bunched in the front talking doing nothing. Very appalling service not a happy customer
