Very disappointed went there a few times over the weekend as I was staying in a hotel close. Terrible service at the front counter people coming back the whole time I was there complaining with wrong orders. That Casula McDonald's staff all need to be retrained on customer satisfaction and maybe they should get there eyes and hearing checked and do there job with some pride.

THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A CAPPACHINO.ITS JUST LIKE MAKING A NESCAFE FROM HOME. STAY AWAY THEY HAVE KIDS WORKING WHO SWEAR INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND WHAT THEY DID ON THE WEEKEND INSTEAD OF FOCUSING SERVING CUSTOMERS. PETHETIC!!! VERY RUDE!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR MANAGER THERE AND LOOK FOR RIGHT PEOPLE AND NOT KIDS CARRYING ON SWEARING AND WHAT THEY DID OVER THE WEEKEND. OH A FIND A PROPER COFFEE MAKER.
