Domino's Pizza Casula

Super clean store, much cleaner than others close by. It smells clean and fresh. A huge deal for fussy eaters like me. We ordered 2 veggies and got Perry Perry sauce on top. tasted amazing. Baked to perfection and the customer service was great. I have been to a few other domino stores and they have a very weird smell or not professional and not clean, but this store was super clean and loved seeing the staff constantly clean whilst I was there… Honestly 10/10 to this store! We will def be back and always order from this store from now on. Thank you!

Customer service needs serious attention! Just awful service. Store is quite neat and clean with nice seating/waiting area. I’ve ordered a pizza via the app and requested to remove some toppings as I was unable to do so - pizza was okay ! Had veggie trio!

Always get my pizza from here and have never been disappointed. It's always cut evenly, is nice and warm and the toppings are always generous. I wanted to try another dominoes and compared and it was definetly better here, I recommend this place highly Food: 5/5

2nd time in a week pizza with no taste at all. It seems that there's no sauce on the base and definitely no cheese at all. The base is almost uncooked. I literally threw away 3 pizzas.

Ordered a slice of india pizza today. Tastes great, some may find it spicy. Took around 16 minutes to serve. Customer service: alright, nothing great.

Used to be a great store but as of late, the quality and service have been appalling. The pizza is so inconsistent, there is constantly burnt pieces or lack of cheese and toppings. The staff are another issue entirely. A month or so back I walked in to order and was screamed at “get behind the line! Get behind the line!!” In front of other customers, apparently I hadn’t seen the tape on the floor so that justified being yelled at like a disobedient child.

one of the better dominoes places I have tried, they get the pizzas right most of the time, only had one incident where the sauce was not put on top but apart from that they have been great. Friends have also said they were nice.

Ok this is usually my favourite domino’s pizza as it’s one of the best in the area but unfortunately on 2 occasions they have given me complete wrong pizzas… I had to drive back to the store and wait 20 mins for my pizzas and then drive back home. Was I compensated for their mistakes ? No. They just laughed and said “ok wait 15 mins” but in reality this isn’t a laughing matter as my time is valuable and I could be spending it else where. Please don’t rush it next time and double check that it’s my order…

Avoid this domino’s I saw the reviews and decided I would still try the pizza at casula dominos. Wow easily the worst pizza I’ve had. The pizza came cold, the dough was still raw. There was hardly any toppings and zero sauce. The quality of the toppings was horrendous. I have no idea what’s going on at this store or how they are still in business. Very disappointing.
