Very poor we asked for eat in yet our coffee was served in take away cups and food was in take away bag,  we weren't alone each customer that walked away with their food also got "I'm sorry.." Also the young lady couldn't balance 3 coffees on a tray not sure of it was the barrista over filling or just incompetent waitress. Not to mention the sound of breaking glass all with in 15mins of my visit.

I like it because I don't have to wait that long for my order every time I go there.

Depending on what day it is you may get great service or very poor service. I have found that in peak times they seem to have their act together, but off peak they seem to slack off and ends up being a poor customer experience.
