Five Stars Thaitanic - Casula

Pretty ordinary Thai food to say the least. The Pad see ew was different than any I had before, it was served with wheatgrass put all over the top and it wasn't cooked. The curry was bland and it lacked spice plus it tasted like they put syrup in it. Satay Sticks were good but that was about it. Service was friendly and efficient, price was cheap just the food isn't up to scratch.

The chicken in the green curry had a fishy taste which you know means that it's off and the beef in Thai beef salad also tasted off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Such a disappointment and wasn't even offered a discount or refund for the bad food. Money wasted.

Disgusting service. Every time we have ordered delivery it has been without fail at least 30 minutes late. Today was nearly 2 hours total wait time (quoted 45 minutes). Called up twice about our order and were given a different story each time. First time we were told "its with the delivery driver and will be 5-10 minutes" after 30 minutes we called again and were now told "we received your order late due to the "machine" not working and are preparing it now, you can pick it up in store or wait about an hour for delivery" when we questioned them about the earlier information of it already being with the delivery driver, they offered no apology or explanation. So after nearly 2 hours we just cancelled the order. This is not the first time something like this has happened but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Pathetic customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. BAD SERVICE, WORSE FOOD. Ordered online. Paid for 3 meals, received one. When I rang them back up it took a while but they discovered they had not in fact delivered my order and sent driver back out; said they would throw in a drink for the inconvenience when I asked. When the delivery driver finally arrived an hour later with the meals I ordered, he had no drink. Rang store, and they said they were not going to give me a drink after all. As for the meals, they are vile. My pad thai had pieces of plastic/wrappers in it. Was also bland and bitter. Tasted off. The green curry was even worse. Two mouthfuls later it had to be thrown out. Will not be returning. Will make sure no one I know ever orders from here.
