I bought fries coffee Fries were not fresh taste like old oil has been used. Coffee wasn't tasting what I ordered. Soft serve melted

Too many times they have stuffed up our order or created a not-to-par burger. But yesterday was the last straw. We ordered from the self-serve screens, then paid, then sat down for the food to be brought to us. The purpose of using their new table number system is so that the food is brought out to you. We went to sit down. 20-30mins but no order came out. I went to see what had happened to our order, so I walked towards the pickup area, and spotted my latte sitting on their coffee area bench. It wasn't bundled with our meal but just left on the bench for someone to take away. I asked the lady and then I took the drink and proceeded to the pick up area. Then I saw another worker who called out our table no.; she didn't call out the order number, just the table no. And I raised my hand and said that's our order. The lady was ready to hand it over to me but she could see I was holding my drink, and our receipt and our table no. so she carried it around and I walked to our table where she could place it down for us. It annoyed me that she was expecting us to take it to our seats, because the whole point of the table no. system is for them to bring it to you. Anyways, got our food and my partner's wrap wasn't included. So he had to take the receipt back up to the counter. He told them the situation, and a wrap was to be made. Then he waited at the pickup area and had to tell them twice he was waiting on his order, which they replied for both times, "What was your order again?" and everyone who walked in and ordered after him were attended to and had received their food ahead of him. After that ordeal and 20-30mins waiting at the pickup area, he came back with no wrap. He said one of the workers said they will bring it out to our table, but he had been watching them at the back, and no one had started on his wrap at all. We were very frustrated at this point. But we waited and after another 10-15mins the wrap came out. Then after we finished our meal and left for home, I remembered I ordered an apple pie that I didn't receive as well. The trouble we had to go through distracted us and I completely forgot about my apple pie. At this point, it doesn't matter to us anymore, so it's final, we're no longer going back there. They have lost all their charm, and used to be one of the best Macca's. :( :( :(

I ordered fish-o-fillet meal instead I got mcChicken meal. I drove back to get my fish-o-fillet however due to lack of proper customer service, I decided to just get a refund. The Manager said because I had already had eaten some of the fries therefore she will only refund the burger (note: I did have some fries but the burger & drink was untouched). I reminded the staff they had made anmistake and that I had to drive back to get it right nonetheless she repeated I can only refund the burger. I told her to keep it, I don't want a refund anymore & drove off. Now I'm not a regular customer of Mcadonalds but I had heard far too many times how this place had an amazing service & that the staff are trained exceptionally well in customers service. Quite dissapointed that they did not acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology. It's nothing personal but if they had done that and replaced it with the right order I would have drove off happy to have something to eat & completely overlooked their mistake only because the staff are only human after all and mistakes do happen. MacDonalds to me is not after all that great, at least not MacDonald Prestons anyway - pathetic service let alone providing the right meal order. From the manager to right down to the last person need some serious retraining in getting the basics of customer service right. If I had the option of giving no stars at all that's what I would have given - 0 stars.

Closeby to me, and food is usually not too oily like other McDonald's. Nice staff, too.

3 of 5 compared with other Maccas. I ordered beetroot for my burger, none present. The two happy meals were missing the toys. Bathroom smelled of urine.
