After spending $3500 on a 6ft tank setup and many, many hundreds on fish to fill it, my wife and I were told we could not return two 20cm Green Horseface that were fighting, as Meng said he was not a 'fish psychologist', and could not tell what they were going to do in our tank. Obviously he knew they weren't compatible, and was just happy to have them out of his shop.

I bought x10 silver dollar fish this afternoon and thought they were at a reasonably good price. Drove 20min straight home and when I pulled the bags out, 2 of them was already floating/dead. So I got them into a seperate quarantine tank just incase (yes they were acclimated to the new water) and kept a close watch on them for the next hour or so. It's been nearly two hours now and I'm left with just 3 out of the 10 that I purchased. I should've went straight back as soon as I saw the dead ones but with many years experience within this hobby, I thought to myself, they can't possibly be in that poor condition. I would not recommend anyone to buy any livestock from Keysborough aquarium.

Failing to deliver a custom tank ordered and paid in full for almost 2 years ago. Numerous phone calls. Multiple visits. Now entering legal process to recover funds. Let's see how this pans out. $ Value greater than $600. At this stage only a refund is good enough. Sad because they seem like nice people and I was at the start of setting up a marine tank with lots more to purchase. Approx $7000-8000. Crazy. Not happy. Update: 08/08/2017 - After failing to deliver registered mail I have again had to visit in person to hand a letter of demand for refund as recommended by consumer affairs prior to legal action. 30 days past with no response. The matter is now being lodged with small claims court for cost of tank and expenses.

This guy is an outright theif he organised an in house shipment of Germany cichlids for april 2017 delivery my portion was $30000.00 To date I have no fish he has no even attempted to repay 1 C do not trust him I was not the only person on this shipment the others have not been repayed as yet under any circumstances DONOT TRUST HIM UNTIL HE HAS REPAIDED THE MONEY HE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A CON ARTIST THEIF
