I've been coming here often now since I've purchased my two cockatiels. Perfectly healthy birds with beautiful personalities. Staff was amazing and gave honest, non bias advice. The owner often would wait for us to arrive for some last minute quick purchases before he closed up. Big variety and ranges in pet food, good for our two bearded dragons too. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

4 years ago we walked into your store. This day changed our lives. We left with Bella and Loki. A staffy cross and a moggie. They have both  grown into 2 of the most loving family members. Thankyou

Huge range of birds. Very helpful staff and animals are all taken care of. We got our beautiful Mobu the eclectus parrot from here.

This place has a great variety of birds, great knowledge and customer service. It's a must go to in Melbourne, just to see the exotic birds this place has.

Got my favourite pet in the world who is now family - mobu

My daughter and I absolutely love coming here. Always have a look around and a talk to the parrots before buying something that we didn't think we needed before we walked in. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Much better experience than shopping at a generic pet shop chain.

This place was a disgrace it was run down and  dusty, the birds only had 1 dowel perch in their cages and the cage was practically the size of them, along with one of the employees making some comments on the birds that were not very nice. But i really think that this place should not be running because it's just a wreck and there are no customers and the birds would be better at a no kill shelter than this.

This place does not even deserve 1 star with how they treat their birds now, when I was younger we bought our birds here and they were fantastic but I cannot say that anymore for this place.  The budgies we bought from here now were severly infested with mites that are contagious which means that ALL birds there would have also been infested. They should NOT be allowed to sell birds in this condition as we have been told by many vets.  If you are looking for a healthy bird DO NOT shop here, you're only being scammed money for a sick bird that'll cost you more in the end, that's if it doesn't die from how badly this store has treated these poor birds.

I was disgusted going to this store. I felt so sorry for the animals in there. The fish tanks had dirty growth all over them, they had large parrots in small, dirty cages. The rabbits and Guinea pigs were crowded into a dirty glass enclosure with no proper places to hide. The large bird aviary down the back smelt, was filthy and overcrowded. The amount of droppings on the perches and walls are a breeding ground for diseases for birds.
