Expert staff, always helpful , make me feel welcome
I came to the store yesterday Sunday 18/12 at 5:04pm but the store was closed. Holiday trading hours on the PetBarn website says they close at 6pm. I had to drive to the Box Hill store instead - definitely not happy.

Great people, huge range for all animals, a little bit more in the reptile department would be good but not overly necessary, it has the basics for reptiles but a tone of items for other animals you’ll be see me again

I went to Petbarn as my Maltese x Shitzu was having anxiety issues. The kind and helpful staff member showed us the products that help. The Thunder Jack and calming drops have been absolutely amazing. Just a few days in of using them has helped my dog be much calmer and less stressed. I thank you very very much.
The staff are very helpful and don't be afraid to price match! There is a decent variety of stock.
We took our dog to buy some new dog food and some chew toys, the staff adored her and each gave her a pat, great customer service. The new food is going well.
