Theo the store manager was friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient although it was 20 minutes before closing time and there were customers lining up. He really knows the products and is very professional. And courteous to every customer despite the time crunch. Thank you, Theo. The store also had quality products to choose from.
The store itself might be relatively good, but please do not go there for grooming as the groomers are very aggressive and rough towards the dogs. My dog received a very sub par groom where it would've been better off cutting her hair myself.
I had bought two pet carriers All Day Single Door Dog Carrier online with the “click and collect” option. I received an email within 30 minutes of my order to say I could collect my purchase. When I arrived the staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about products I hadn’t used before. The pet carriers themselves are excellent value and were used later the same day for two chunky adult cats - this product is light enough without compromising their sturdiness. Very happy with excellent customer service from the team at PetBarn Chadstone and the products purchased.
The staff at Petbarn Chadstone are top notch, always helpful and kind to me and my dog! My little Jack Russell once peed in there and they didn’t make a big deal at all, they were so helpful and quick cleaning it up. I very much appreciate the groomers at Chadstone in helping me clip my dogs nails-they are amazingly quick and actual dog whisperers! I also love how Petbarn sends vouchers from time to time. I like how team members have name badges with their pets on there-that’s so cute! Petbarn genuinely cares about animals :
Customer service and staff are great however always out of stock with meal worms and selling packets of dead crickets. I'd recommend pet wonderland as they keep ontop of this sorta thing. Sorry pet barn.
I want to give a big big plus to Lara at Petbarn at chadstone, she was amazing. Took the trouble to fit my strong Kelpie into a proper , non pulling harness. This will change our lives. Thank you so much Lara. You r terrific and your customer service was excellent
Dear Manager, My 5 stars review is for Supervisor Adrian I read his name tag. High energy, enthusiastic, hospitable greeted and apologised to each customer as he thought he was keeping them waiting, when in reality it wasn't even that long a wait!. He seems to really enjoy his job! All this is just from a short check out experience today as I bought my rabbit's food. Keep up the good work!
