PETstock Chadstone (Holmesglen)

We were at bunnings picking something up while I was waiting with the dogs and we spontaneously decided to wash them pups.. We didn't know how it worked so we went to the counter to ask, the super smiley enthusiastic team were happy to explain everything to us. The DIY dog wash was kind of fun, nowhere to wash your hands after but if you're fast enough you can use the dog wash before drying and then use the paper towel provided. After washing the dog's we were able to walk around the store with them buying what we needed, the staff were really good, they didn't get in our faces while we were looking but they were very happy to come help when we did need them. Great customer service, for a smaller store jt is well set out too. No treats for the good pups going through the scary wash though

Attention: Access via escalators or elevator only take note if you want to bring your pooch. Solid selection of pet food and general stuff you need for your furry friend. Outstanding customer service, very friendly and accommodating. The dog wash is okay, mostly, the shower head is working well. The water temperature fluctuates unfortunately and it goes cold occasionally. One of the machines is out of service now for over a month and no indication when it will be available again. This isn't a big deal, because - so far - I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to access the wash, even on a Saturday.

Very happy with the grooming service! Our dog gets groomed here every 6-8 weeks, he always comes home looking very cute, neat and fluffy. They take very good care of him here. The retail store has a huge range of pet products and staff are always very happy to help. We also attended puppy school here, it was very informative and helpful. Highly recommend this store!

Always love this Petstock location. Absolute nightmare to find parking at Chadstone, but worth it for the friendly customer service and attentive team.

Staff are friendly & efficient my 2 fishies are swimming happily in Thier new pond .

The staff at PetStock Holmesglen tied my dog down to undertake grooming causing welts and bruises! When I asked them to reimburse me they said if I dont sign a release form indemnifying them of any negligence they will not reimburse me! DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE!
