Some really good deals on dry dog food. Good selection of products. Dog treats are plentiful and good value especially bulk buy deals. The resident parrot wandering around is good entertainment!!!
Price and variety of items available are excellent. The only negative point is the website. I try to reset my password to my account and I accepts my new password but then when I go to login it says that my username or password is incorrect. I've tried changing the password multiple times but still get the error message. I think it's time to change your website management company to one that actually works properly.

Great staff that give their honest opinion
The Manager of this store does not have any customer service skills. I found her to be extremely rude to me over the phone. I phoned the store enquiring about a hessian pet mat wanting to know if they had the jumbo size in stock and the price. She couldn't wait to get me off the phone telling me she had customers and at the end said "alright? " and hung up. I didn't buy the item there because of her rudeness, instead travelling an extra 10km out of my way and buying it from somewhere else who were happy to give their customers a couple of minutes of their time. Won't buy from Robbo's again. They have gone backwards since moving to this address.
