Fantastic experience here. Went in to purchase a back pack among other things, such as a travel pillow, was given helpful information rather than an up sell. This made me feel confident in their advice as they weren't sacrificing info for a sale. The prices were good but this may have to do with the fact it's around xmas time and so prices are reduced further. Juliette was incredibly helpful and had a fantastic customer service attitude. Can't go wrong

Really friendly & helpful service, went in there for a jacket, thinking i knew what i needed but found out i was totally wrong! With the help of the staff i got what i actually needed.

The customer service is great but their knowledge on shoes like size and brand is terrible. They need to be trained better on the shoes department.
