I am so pleased I chose five star spas for purchasing my swim spa earlier this year. After spending time researching, I decided on five star spas and have not regretted it for a moment! Laurie has Excelled with customer support and when you purchase through him he continues to service and support you as your knowledge grows to enjoy your spa at a maximum level. This also extends to the support people for installation, all of them were terrific. The quality of product is extremely high and I am thoroughly enjoying my spa.   It was a big decision, but one that I am happy to have made and continue to enjoy with the support of five star spas! Can thoroughly recommend!

Spa keeps on breaking down and is a nightmare to get somebody too fix it, terrible after sales service, would not recommend their products to anyone

We have been looking at upgrading our outdoor entertaining area and went to 5 Star Spas to just browse and look at what's out around. Laurie was so helpful, didn't put any pressure on us and was fine with the fact we were just window shopping! He answered all our questions and we walked away knowing that when we were ready,  we would be visiting 5 Star Spa again with the view to buy! Thanks Laurie!

I cannot thank Michelle and Laurie at 5 Star Spas.  Their dedication to customer service is above and beyond.  Nothing is impossible. 
5 star recommendation from me and I was not a customer I just rang looking for assistance.
Keep the great work up!!!!!! it is really hard to find these days.

Laurie and Pete offer tremendous support and there was no pressure sales.  They have answered my questions and are putting me into the spa that will work best for my family.  Great product knowledge.  Thanks guys.  I will recommend you to everyone I know.
