Absolutely brilliant service, combined with great products, wonderful local knowledge and a genuine human connection. (Made a beautiful change from the bored teenager at Kathmandu next door who hid behind policies.)
We were a little concerned when there was a bit of a snafu when we tried to return our hired tent, but the owner practically bent over backwards to make it up to us.
Will never, ever shop at any other camping shop in SA.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Very friendly but when the product falls apart or is falsely advertised they won't do the right thing.
