Simon is a real legend! Had to get a last minute gift before travelling interstate. The item was on clearance so only few left, Simon made sure the item was found and put aside for me to get it picked up next day! Very trustworthy and amazing service! Thank you Simon!

This Kathmandu store has a lot of stocks. And the staff is very nice. The size i am after for my kids was not on display and i ask the staff girl. I forgot to ask her name. She go to the back right away and get the size i want for me. Great service.

Usually all Kathmandu shops has a very friendly stuff except this shop that there is women I don’t know she is manager or what but she is so aggressive she behave so bad to customers this is my second time that I go there and she behave very very very bad to me, such a shame for Kathmandu that hire this kind of racist and aggressive people to their company she even order me where to stay and she looks very bad to people, zero customer service
