Friendly and helpful staff. Michael and Maddi were both very friendly and helpful. Michael was knowledgeable about trail shoes which helped with my purchase decision. Maddi provided friendly customer service at the counter and also at finding a particular shoe size. Any staff on at the time were also very friendly. Hope these staff members get more praise, a promotion and remain there for some time.

Service was poor when we entered the shop.  Basically were ignored even though they had just opened and weren't busy.  No one offered any information or assistance about the item we bought.  When asked to input a service score at the transaction point, the staff are watching what you are entering so you feel pressure to put in a decent score even though they didn't deserve it.

Big store, helpful staff.  Watch for discounts for great deals.

Found some great clearance sale and boxing day offers, friendly staff, ready to help.

Outdoor gear including clothing, shoes and bags and accessories. Large selection to choose from and varied prices depending on your budget. Parking is a breeze and staff were knowledgeable about the products and were more than helpful.

Excellent customer service staff are an asset to the company.

Excellent Staff With Affordable Extensive Range Of Merchandise.

I have been to this shop a couple of times. I love the clean and comfortable environment. The staff are very freindly and helpful. They are not "too friendly" in a way you may feel "pushed", but always offer help when you need.
