Dropped in to get something for a friend, they have been around quite a while, friendly helpful and knowledgeable, you name it they probably have it for your pool and spa needs, easy access, located on the south eastern corner of Marion and Cross roads North Plympton

Over promise and under deliver.  Pool had to be re-surfaced due to faulty finish. Promised it would be finished 5 weeks ago. Still waiting. 
Very poor communication. Dont return calls or texts in time. 
Very frustrating experience.
Wish I had never went with FP.

Rang to get a quote on a pool-spa but never got a call back.. guess you’s missed out on a lot of money

I can't believe this place is still getting business. Had a guy come out to do a quote, he was there a whole of 15 mins. Said he'd go home to write up quote, 2 weeks later.. nothing. Gave them a call, "oh we're sorry he was sick" 6 weeks later still no quote. Went to another company, guy was there 3hrs (little extreme) but when he left we had a quote in front of us, and no more questions we could possibly ask. Sorry Freedom, you've just missed out on a lot of money.
