Love it everytime I go, as I always request 2 therapists  for my appointment. If neither one is available I wait. If you have a great experience with a therapist, get their name and always book with them.

First time experiencing spa in Australia~ very nice atmosphere and customer service ~ the spa and massage is very relaxing and enjoyable  Thx for the good service ~

Wow what a lovely relaxing place. Do yourself a favour and have a relaxing massage with the hot stones.... the lemon grass tea is also a treat !

Had the most wonderful custom massage done by Thao today, she listened to everything I needed and went above and beyond to make this experience everything and more.

Great customer service. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Very underwhelming experience. The therapist didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and the actual massage seemed very mechanical/robotic. And of course they tried to sell me products at the end. Only reason I came here was because I had a voucher. I normally go elsewhere and they have set my standards pretty high.

Absolutely lovely staff, very welcoming everytime, your made to feel special from the moment you walk in the door. Massages are extremely relaxing, perfect atmosphere to take away all your stresses, aches & pains. Highly recommended and will return a third time & more..

As much as I like Endota products and treatments, I really dislike the sales push at the end. I go for a relaxing treat which is ruined by the discomfort of having to listen to someone trying to sell me a “prescription “ of expensive  products... I spent $100 on the treatment that day but was “prescribed “ over $400 worth of treatments and products... I’m sorry Endota - I know this is normal policy for your chain but I’m going to look elsewhere for my relaxation.
