We are very happy with our brilliant swim spa and cannot speak too highly of the excellent service and help with a challenging crane installation. Thank you Rodney and Gary for a great job. We use it virtually every day and cannot peak too highly of a great quality product that surpasses all expectations.

Reasonably service until they receive a deposit. Suddenly unable to return phone calls or answer emails. Delivery date was missed with no contact to advise of any change. When a warranty issue arose, again couldn't return phone calls or reply to emails. Refused to repair warranty issue (faulty valve) without charge. Had to deal direct with Victorian supplier to get repairs done. Supplier was extremely helpful and good to deal with. M

We had been thinking about buying a swim spa for a while and finally went to Affordable spas showroom which is surprising in how many types there are. We decide to buy a swim spa and Rodney and his guys did a great job in delivering and installing it was all very easy.
