What a fantastic customer orientation. Forgot my Mont Blanc pen in my shirt, didn't know where I had lost it. Went to pick up my shirts, and asked if they didn't find my pen by any chance. The very friendly front desk person showed me a box with all the pens 30+ they found in the clothes, but my pen was not in there. I got my shirts, and connected to my shirts, in a small plastic back was my pen. How fantastic to have this customer orientation. Obviously the team members are very honest people, and most of the time that is a result of management creating a positive work culture. Thanks a million to whoever was involved!

This place is ridiculous, they charged me $96 to press 4 x T shirts and a two piece emergency service worker uniform. I get charged $36 for exactly the same at the Hutt St franchise. The 3 arrogant girls I dealt with there had no interest in resolving this, despite not being able to explain why pressing a clean T shirt costs $15. Very disappointing. As emergency service worker we normally get looked after, not ripped off.
A suit was delivered to KC Unley requiring same day service. The suit was required for my brother to wear to the funeral of his wife. A ticket was provided showing that the suit would be ready at 4pm that same day. The suit was not ready at 4pm. I was told that the suit may be available at 6pm but it could not be guaranteed. The person I spoke with could not provide any explanation as to the reason for the delay. I have never dealt with a service provider who cared less about this sad situation. Instead I was informed that same day service was never guaranteed and that no dry cleaner in Adelaide would guarantee same day service and perhaps I could take the suit elsewhere. I am utterly lost for words at the absence of any compassion or care or apology. It was cruel.
Went out of their way to help us resolve a challenge that was out of the ordinary. Much respect.
Unfortunately it seems a sign-of-the-times that unless an unpleasant review is posted for all to see that some businesses do not take care of customer service. This is it for me, it is so difficult to find a decent dry cleaner & I think this is why we are strung along so much. I have had a few unsatisfactory outcomes from here; a lost a pair of shorts which they say they do not have, ok...they have also tried to give me someone else's clothing because of the same surname on more than 1 occasion..... b My husband's shirt & jacket came back to me exactly how I dropped it off except for the plastic bag & bill c 2 very white pair of shorts returned with a colour-tinge.... I rang the store, left a message with no return call, I emailed the store with the issue - a follow up email a few days later to ask if the store called back to which I let them know that they hadn't & that was that. See you never.
Needed suit dry cleaned same day and they were friendly and did the job well for my event. Very happy.
I had 2 pairs of navy pants turned up last year. They were given another identical pair to measure from. Not only are they too short, but both hems had loose cotton & came undone after wearing only once. I wanted a proffessional job, as they are uniforms provided by my employer. I also thought they were very over priced. Bring back Blackwood Dry Cleaners, fabulous job every time & affordable.
I just picked my jacket up today. I am so disappointed with this place. My jacket remained the stains and the material also damages after dry clean. The staff over there asked me to sign on the agreement for risk of damage and take my own responsible if I want them to rewash my jacket again. WHAT???. They should not charge money and say sorry to me rather than ask me to take my own risk if I want to remove the stains.
