Idiosyncratic tantrum throwers. Very unprofessional attitude in ironing service. 

They probably have this gross misconception that they are the 'only' ironing service in Blackwood area and therefore can get away with anything. Well they are highly mistaken. 

I have used their ironing service for a while and finally decided to give them the boot. Don't even deserve that single star. Absolutely D grade attitude. They should not be running any business. To put it mildly: disgraceful !!

If I could give negative stars I would.  The guy who works there (could be the owner) looked like he was serving prison time - he was that depressing!  We took in about $150 worth of dry cleaning business shirts and he more or less asked us to justify why we wanted them dry cleaned and asked us 20 questions.  After giving the impression it was all just to hard for him, we happily took our items elsewhere for dry cleaning.  Wow - never had an experience like it! A disgrace to Blackwood.
