Disgusting service . The staff Inexperienced and know nothing about customer service. Took sheets and pillowcases in for press only as I have been for some time due to the fact when I had them cleaned and pressed before some came back dirtier than they had been given . Final straw with this company is collecting pillowcases they came back brown!!! they went in clean and were returned to me Brown . Photo evidence kept . What a disgusting thing to do to return linen that has been given to them clean to be pressed and for it to be returned filthy. I was told it was a chemical reaction from the detergent I had used (this has not happened before) however it is quite clear the filth has come from their presser , Worse still is to have these items returned to me and think it’s acceptable, to say nothing. To add insult to injury they increased their prices which I was not told about and now charge for plastic wrapping , these guys seriously need to get their act together to create a viable business. Done dealing with this company

Not open at convenient times. Make it 24/7 and i will come back.
