Used once previously and found the job to be just about acceptable. Had to go back over the car to re-do a few spots missed on the paintwork and windows. Took the car again recently and was told I would be charged $20 extra because the car was dirty. I pointed out that was why I was coming to a car wash, and paying for the top tier non-appointment wash. But they still insisted they would charge me extra. This was a wagon that had been used for highway driving, non a mud covered 4x4. I decided to go to one of the other much better washed scattered around the city!
