Karl Chehade Dry Cleaning

We have been using this dry cleaner for a few years now and the success rate of the machine out the front is about 25-30% too many times we have gone to pick our dry cleaning up afterhours and the computer has let us down. Either our clothes get stuck or the machine just doesn't move. For something that is supposed to be convenient it's very inconvenient to come back the next day and pick up.

Worst customer service at the counter by the only lady from the backroom. She shown no emotion apart from negativity (very pissed off tone in the morning), "This won't be ready till later, I can't tell when because we don't do dry clean onsite anymore, all send off to anther company, maybe 3pm, 4pm or 5pm, no guarantee". Then, she gave us the wrong garments upon pick up, wouldn't stay a minute longer to get them swapped (that was her mistake to begin with). And the price has gone up, a suit (work jacket & pants) was $32. Wish I could give no star at all.

After having very poor results at another dry cleaner that has a very strong reputation around Adelaide, I was encouraged to try Snowtex. Very fast and far superior cleaning, highly recommended.

This is a fast and efficient service, good quality work and the 24hr drop off / pick up facility is very handy. They even arrange alterations.
