My first time using a laundromat and it was a pleasing experience. Just be aware that all of the machines only take $1 coins. The only thing I would request is that there was a sign providing an indication of how much time $1 provides for the dryers.

Matt was awesome! I understand the high rating this laundromat receives due to the personal service. Being from Sydney, I’m used to laundromats are where you drop laundry off and pick it up later. It seems on the west coast, you do your own laundry! So imagine my relief when Matt came to the rescue suggesting which washer to use and actually personally putting soap then my clothes into machine and putting coins in to start laundry! He even handed over 4 x $1 coins for dryer! Which left me with nothing to do but sample local yummy food @ E for Ethel’s organic cafe nearby😋Exceptional customer service Matt👍🏾

No signs to tell you how much to put in or how to use the machines. Anything that was written on the machines in Sharpie had worn off so it was a guessing game! Spent $10 for 2 loads of washing and then had to revisit the pub for more change as it hadn't washed properly and there was lumps of powder on some items! Then.. there is so much lint and dust and old washing powder on the rim of the machines that it got on some items as i was taking them out! Completely defeats the purpose of washing clothes!! I appreciate that this is a cool and quirky and super convenient little spot and i want to be constructive here so.... please add signs with clear directions for people who are new to the place and new to laundromats in general. And please clean the place regularly! Thanks

Signs are on the wall clearly stating how much the machines are and estimated wash/dry times (very helpful) I met Matt just as I was leaving, he's a very friendly person and was happy to help out a couple of back packers that came in. As a bonus he doesn't charge for suds!
