Absolutely poor service, just wanted my quilt dry cleaned, over 3 weeks later got handed wrong quilt, still waiting for my quilt for 36 days now!!!
0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy. complaint process can take 6 WEEKS, so ill have been waiting over 3 months. was not told quilts are sent off site to factory until day 9. at which point i was told it was still at the factory. Also  they strongly encourage you pay before you even receive the service, now i know why. At this stage want full refund because ive payed for them to lose my quilt worth nearly 200 bucks. In conclusion stay away.

Fast and lovely customer service, they have always got my stains and marks out of my clothes.
