I recently made an online purchase for the first time. When I signed up for the newsletter, the 10% discount code did not come through. I contacted customer service and received a kind response and a code within 2 hrs. I placed my order and received it within 4 days. I live in Australia. What an amazing all round experience from Karen Walker. The customer service your team  provides is 5 stars. Simply the best!

I went into the Ponsonby Store last week and found the customer service absolutely awesome particularly Georgia. So helpful and genuine. It made my shopping experience at Karen Walker an excellent one. Thanks!

Surprises me how unpleasant the customer service is! Always feel unwelcoming. Even the store manager doesn’t seem to care about her job or be willing to help. Such a shame how this shop can let the whole brand reputation down!

I never write reviews but really wanted to say thank you for the amazing customer service I received at the Ponsonby store recently, particularly by Taylor. I had a sizing issue and was blown away by the kindness, humility and professionalism Taylor took in handling my issue which was resolved quickly. I am very happy with my purchase and the size is now perfect. Thank you again Taylor, I will be telling friends and family to visit this location.

Asked for assistance with jewellery as one of my beloved earring has snapped. I was hoping to buy a new set if possible however, shop assistance was super unfriendly and unhelpful. What a shame because I really like the brand but the customer service is so poor. I will be shopping at other brands now.

I have to say with no doubt that it was the worst customer service I have ever seen in the past years. When I walked into the store, there is no greeting even though I said hello firstly, ‘you are not welcomed’ was written all over the staff’s face. I would totally never walk in that store again myself and I will suggest my friends not to go to either!

I popped in today and the staff were very sweet and helpful.  I read the reviews before going,   but I  had a very pleasant experience.

Pity staff didnt know more about the products, particularly the perfume by another creator. Otherwise, in out straight forward experience. Love this brand!

The most unfriendly staff. Walked in with a friend. The staff member, didn’t say hello, didn’t smile, didn’t ask if we need help. She just stormed past us. We felt so unwelcome so just left with buying what we wanted
