Best customer service!! I came into the Louis Vuitton store for the first time and a nice lady named Jen was absolutely incredible and super informative. She was extremely helpful and patient when I was deciding what bag to get for my mom's birthday and offered me water and chocolates. She was very caring and kept the bag in-store for me while I continued shopping so I wouldn't have to carry it around. 100% will come back. Thanks, Jen :
The shop attendant was very helpful. Top rate customer service. We were there this afternoon between 2:30 to 3:00 and even though it was busy we were seen in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!

I'd make a complaint about a client adviser who is Judy Wu in Louis Vuitton Newmarket. I bought a pair of shoes today, Judy Wu told us it is without the original box, I said ok. Unfortunately, they are obviously USED! when I checked them back home. It is FRAUD !
Couldn't get in to have a look . You have to give it some time before you can get the feeling of being allowed to go into the store . It's very upmarket I suppose if you dont look rich you don't get I'm or mabey I'm bias . However Gucchi Gave me a tour with no expectations. Sometimes it is about the experience so that you can share to others. Very exclusive
This is one of the high-end fashion retailer catering for your luxury lifestyle in the heart of Queen Street, it is near Dr Phone Repair Limited on Queen Street. Do not be surprised to see Young international student lining up during “vertical integration” but never call it a “sales” on the luxury items — in another word burn your money fast. They rich kids usually park the expensive Lamborghini on High Street, Auckland.
I rate 5 stars because of Chiemi Queen St store . she is the most helpful and efficient LV staff , always reply messages promptly and care what I need. She even works on her day off to help my order . Can't appreciate more.
