After purchasing a new phone & plan from this store and finding that the information we received on the process did not happen we rang Spark customer service who informed us that the store had not processed something right and we needed to ring them. All good but after 3 days of not answering the phone we asked a local shop owner to go next door on our behalf and ask them to answer the phone as we had an issue. They informed the gentleman we needed to ring customer service ..... we had!! They said they needed to speak to the store or us..... the kind gentleman left our number to ring us and guess what? NO THEY STILL DO NOT EVEN OUT OF CURTESY RING. Worst customer service from a Spark branch I have ever experienced!

Plenty of handset variety available (several staff working on-site although all busy) and a cafe on the premises for those inclined to stay around browsing a bit longer. A busy store but well set up i thought.

Poor service. Wrong information provided regarding the charges for name change on the bill. Though the NZ drivers license was shown, store person insisted to bring original passport. On enquiring over the phone to store, I asked for the required documents. They did not inform about passport. Completely miscommunication. The whole store was having slippery floor. The AC duct above was dripping and the floor is all wet. Such a bad experience. WANT TO MOVE TO OTHER BROADBAND SERVICE, after the contract expires.

One of the busiest store @ CBD. Staff is extremely polite and will help you with new connections / recharge and queries related to your ph connections. The place is too busy on Weekdays so you might have to wait for some time till u can enjoy your free coffee with them 😊😊Overall Kudos !!!
