This is a review based on 11 months of experience. This pharmacy is frequently disorganised. Evidence: hard to find staff to fill prescription or pay for goods, staff at prescription end frequently unaware of lack of staff at till which is only about 16 feet away. They also are frequently unaware of lack of stock - "we don't have penicillin and we don't know when it'll be back" after having taken my prescription and made me wait 15 minutes and waste my time. It is also often overpriced baby formula, dymadon, difflam, etc is usually around 15% more expensive than it would be at a Chemist Warehouse or a Terry White. They are usually out of stock of Novalac Allergy and Dymadon - when other competitors have plenty available. I'm surprised they're still in business, but they've lost mine. I'd rather drive across town, sick as a dog, than give this $hithole my custom ever again.

Had a highly awkward and uncomfortable interaction here recently. I went in for OTC medication that involved having to explain very personal medical circumstances. I was attended to by a Pharmacists Assistant who then had to go ask the Pharmacist this happened perhaps 3 times what the right medication would be. By the fourth time, I was so uncomfortable and I was getting incorrect information so I left.

Worst chemist ever with horrible and rude employees. I won’t ever be returning as I have never had a pleasant experience as a customer.  The pharmacists are out right rude and not knowledgeable, they make me feel belittled and stupid while being in pain. chemist are meant to be helpful but this one sure isn’t, Best advice is to avoid the caremore pharmacy in Kaleen.

The staff when i went a little while ago now were kind of short and rude. Also, they were out of stock of the common medicine prescription my brother gets so clearly not very useful for getting perscribed medications from.

Went there 3 times to see pharmacist, always returned empty handed. Very bad customer service.

I know its a Sunday morning, but does the young girl there have to be on her phone all the time, to a point where I had to wait for her to finish sending a message until I was served!!!

Located inside Kaleen Plaza with convenient parking. Seamless experience to get off the counter medicines. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is my first ever review for my entire life and I am not writting to negatively rate their customer service nor I really care about the pharmacy either, I am very concerned about the older patients that go there,  I went there and there was not a pharmacist anywhere, two adolescent kids picked up my prescription and made me wait for 15 mins to tell me that they need two seperate prescription for the drugs, THESE were not the pharmacist and they were giving advice on the prescriptions. I went to another pharmacy and got the prescription filed without a complaint about the prescription from the pharmacist. This is a concern as those kids in the store can really give someone the wrong medication and ruin a person's life.

It appears that I'm also not alone in receiving appalling service from Caremore Pharmacy in Kaleen. Rude staff who were unhelpful, unapologetic and looked me up and down. They were unaware that prescriptions could be received through email and could not dispense to me as I didn't have my Medicare No. even though it was written on the script. Wasted hours of my time. I would recommend training your staff on existing protocols.

I visited the pharmacy on the 12th of September and I am terribly disappointed with the "advice" I received. My son, 3 months, was showing signs of reflux and being on the road I had no access to my normal medical team, but they had given me interim advice if it got worse. So I went to speak with the pharmasist for advice. He said, there is nothing you can do for reflux not correct, there is no medication for under one again not correct and that we should transfer from breastfeeding to exclusive formula. The absolutely terrible advice had me seeing red because at that stage even I knew he was wrong, yet when I said my firm not to the formula he tried to explain and justify himself. Given the nature of the terrible advice, I would strongly recommend that you don't shop her for advice because you are likely to be given uneducated opinion rather than expert advice.
