l have been visiting this chemist for four years now. I have never had a bad experience.  The chemistists are very polite and professional. The sales personnel are also very patient and helpful.  We have moved suburbs  recently but we will not be changing chemist's.

We paid our bill in cash today. We knew it was the exact amount but the staff at the checkout asked for $4 extra. We didn't want to argue and just gave $4 more to her. I hope it was only a mistake but not someone trying to cheat.

The best chemist that I've used in many years. The staff, especially Rhonda and Khalid are always happy to discuss problems at length and remember my health concerns. I appreciate their helpfulness. Great service to have locally.

Shocked. Accidentally walked out with sunglasses on. Was stopped and threatened with police. So I walk back in and give back. Total misunderstanding.  Whilst this is happening I see another customer walking out with an unpaid medicine. She wasn't stopped. She wasn't harrassed. Obviously they care more for different looking people then thieves. Obviously I declined the sunglasses.

I could not recommend or appreciate this pharmacy team more. I ordered an important medication through a third party delivery service during lockdown and they miscommunicated with the pharmacy that I was able to have a generic, which was delivered. I only realised it was wrong after opening the box. Despite the risk of this costing the pharmacy close to $2000 they delivered the right medication to me personally, after closing, and decided to work out the finances with the third party company separately. On a normal day let alone during a lockdown as an immuno-suppressed person, this was truly appreciated and I will recommend them with appreciation forever

Rhonda and the team are fantastic! Sure there is sometimes a bit of a wait for prescriptions, they are a busy chemist! That said, I have never waited more than half an hour for a script and it's Dickson...grab a coffee or something and drop back in later to pick it up. A great pharmacy with a lot of great stock and the staff are fantastic.

Had multiple large delivery boxes filled W N95 masks behind the counter.The pharmacist told me I could buy a box, the check-out guy refused to sell it to me as the " big boss"? had told him they weren't for sale. V frustrating and disappointing during a pandemic.

It's interesting the people who commented how wonderful Rhonda is. Today I saw her true colours as she verbally abused and belittled and I'm sure completely embarrassed a customer and then spoke in a completely unprofessional manner to and about her staff. Totally disgusted  and will not be returning. There is another chemist at the end of the block and plenty close by. It appears that loyalty means nothing at this pharmacy.

Rhonda the pharmacist gave exceptional service to one of my beloved family members after she took a small tumble. It's service like this that makes you feel part of a lovely community.

Well-presented pharmacy. However, all items other than prescriptions in store were at typical chemist prices. For example, $40 for an item that Chemist Warehouse charges $27 for. Disappointing as similar outward presentation and 'pitch' as Chemist Warehouse - beware!
