Over the last few years I've had several unmemorable (i.e. adequate to good) experiences in this pharmacy. Today I had an excellent experience with 3 very friendly and capable staff members. The pharmacy assistant who took my script was thoughtful enough to check straight away if capsules would be okay or if I needed the tablets (which I did). I had a great chat with the pharmacist about my new medication, he was an excellent listener, sensitive about my privacy and the medication being for anxiety, he explained things in a patient/not-condescending way and was also happy to get into the details of different mechanisms and interactions. And then the person at the till was also lovely!

Get my prescriptions here, love chatting with the staff, and they always have what I need. Plus their opening hours are crazy good! 💊

Great selection of organic skin care and personal care products, which is quite unusual for a chemist. Prescription wait time less than 10 minutes, in my experience. Open until late.
