Ainslie Chemmart also acts as a "ParcelPoint" for Amazon mail-order deliveries. I personally find it much easier to have my Amazon parcels delivered to the Ainslie Chemmart (since I miss too many deliveries if a parcel comes to my home while I am away). I live close enough to the Ainslie Chemist that it is no problem to pop over and pick up my parcel during business hours or on Saturday or Sunday on the weekend. As a further benefit, Amazon charges me reduced delivery fees when I have parcels delivered to a "ParcelPoint" like the Ainslie Chemmart, compared to (trying) to deliver the same parcel to me at home. I presume they are passing on the reduced cost of not having to deal with "failed deliveries" when no one is at home.

Although they were extremely busy and near closing time, their lab made a special effort for me to make up a compound that my son needed. It was much appreciated!

I've been to this Chemist a few times as it's my local. At best staff are patronising, at worst they are downright rude and could severely benefit from basic customer service training. The woman that served me on Wednesday morning (6/9) was cranky and unhelpful, not what I'd expect from anyone working in a frontline customer service job, let alone a chemist. I've also found something as basic as getting a repeat script filled seems to take forever, even when the store is not busy.
