I’m here every 4 weeks to collect my prescription - nothing unique and pretty common medication.nEach time I’m made to wait 5-10 minutes to drop off the script, >20minutes 45 minutes at one point for processing, then another 5-10 minutes to collect.nEach time I’m told they can’t dispense the repeat 1 month worth just so they can earn more PBS dispense credit, either with the excuse of I’m not allowed to collect repeats or they don’t have sufficient stock, both of which are not true.nToday after having to debate that I can legally get the repeat dispensed, to then not be given the repeat on collection, to then being told to calm my farm that my repeat was missed and not her fault as she wasn’t the pharmacist to dispense it - doesn’t matter, you’re all serving from the same counter so you represent 1 team, 1 CWH branch.nIf not for having to do a big detour to get to another store, I would stay the hell away from this nightmare store.
Poor customer service. Asked whether the dispensary staff could recommend a Vit D supplement in small tablets as my mum prefers them, got told to go Aisle 5. Aisle 5 only had first aid and other mobility things. I eventually found one myself after searching for 30mins and when I went to the counter to pay, I brought my own bag to put my shopping to. Indian girl who was serving me said “you can put it on your own”. Mind you, I was with my baby and pram, so my hands were full. Chemist warehouse Majura, please replace your staff who are unhappy with their jobs with people who can atleast give adequate customer service.
This shop should be closed and audited by the Department of Health because they act like a police misrepresenting legislation and overstepping their role. I have a chronic eye condition, was about to purchase the items that as part of my eye care so I dont loose my eyesight, however instead of being served, the items I intended to purchase, available over the counter, I was interrogated by an unqualified shop assistant, then interrogated by so called pharmacist, then abused by red haired Faith C.nLike JM Merrytt customer review I also had a bad experience with this the same red haired, presumably pharmacist. I have a genuine complaint about this one, however, she has no professiomalism and zero customer service, she is a shame to all professional pharmacists. When I asked for her name, she said it is Faith C and there was zero assistance or advice about company complaints policy.nIt is distressing being treated in such undignified way for asking to get eye drops and ointment for self care and prevention of blindness, having to explain and justify multiple times to shop assistants with no health knowledge, education or background and for dismall digrading treatment, worse than if would be a drug dealer - for needing medications abd items available over the counter and for being refused to get those. The pharmacists are meant to help people, not to mistreat them or act as a police.nThis place should be audited and closed, FOREVER.
Had a question regarding if a product can be used on delicate skin. Went to the pharmacist counter to enquire however a regular staff took the decision that he was somehow qualified, read the back instructions and ingredient list and attempted to give advice. I mentioned to him that I think the pharmacist would be better suited to give advice and he became arrogant. Did not budge and continued to read the label only later differring to the pharmacist when I assisted.nnTo Chemist Warehouse, please advice your stores that regular staff are not to give any advice on medical products and that it can be extremely dangerous. It's lucky I have my wits about me but someone else may not have.
I came during the week in the morning. Place was quiet. They didnt have the 300 pk Swisse fish oil I wanted so I had to buy an alternative.
