It was a quick in and out visit on a Friday evening, about 30 minutes before closing. It took approximately 5 minutes to dispense two prescriptions. However, the pharmacist failed to mention that the medication needs to be taken on an empty stomach, despite there being a new medication note in the hand over tray I only realised this later after reading the label on the box. Very frustrated. I wouldn’t go there again.

We were travelling from VIC and were having so much trouble getting our sons controlled medication. With several phone calls having to be made to our Dr back home, as we were unaware of the laws around this going interstate. The pharmacist Fami went absolutely above and beyond, to ensure we were able to get back on the road. We are so grateful for his wonderful customer service as this had become very stressful for us.

Visited at very busy time xmas found young staff not keen to assist, older staff were. Parking at door. Good supply of stock I just wish I could understand what young staff were saying, their accents made it very difficult so look for an English speaking assistant.

What is happening here. It had the pharmacist and staff. Now the check out staff are so useless. Got scripts filled and chemist said he was short one box. No problems the chemist will text when it comes in. Check out staff started counting boxes. So i told her what the chemist had said. No! She had to ring the back of the store. Twice. They did not answer. I told them this happens all the time and we would come back when the chemist texts. So another check out girl got on who was just as bad. She acted like this never happens. Chemist warehouse comminicate with your staff. Where are the Farmi's etc who were fantastic.

Yatin at the pharmacy is very helpful- even tho it was Sunday and almost closing time- he explained all the medication with so much care and patience, Will surely go here again :
