Shutting at 6pm on a Friday is ridiculous and one pharmacist who has absolutely no idea what customer service is as she is bloody rude. I went one day to pick up my script, someone was ahead of me and she was speaking rather rudely to them and when it came my turn she was rude to me too. The other 3 pharmacists are great and if it wasn't for the rude one I'd give them 4 stars and 5 if they extended Fridays hours

Terrible pharmacy! My GP writes me a script & there is one pharmacist whom I won't mention by name for legal reasons who refuses to give me scripts! And she refuses to give me medication I've paid for!!! I have let this go because all the other pharmacists are nice, but today she refused medication I take for my mental health. I will collect my medication tomorrow from another pharmacist & never ever go here again. And if you use demazin they charge $20.00 & any other pharmacy charges $10.00. Save your money & go somewhere the owners actually care about their customers.

In my entire life, I have never seen such untidy and disorganised pharmacy. It looks the scripts and accounts are all over the place. I had in mind to be a long term customer but withdrawal my intend after 24 hours as to the unprofessionalism and the disorganisation of the pharmacy. I will never visit this untidy business again.

One can understand price difference of 1 or 2 dollars but $8 difference on Flxonasal spray...they r selling at $26 when same product we can buy at $18 on chemist warehouse...

The website says open 365 days a year until 10pm, but at 9:40pm on the Australia Day holiday they were closed. The doctor I had seen just before at CALMS said they were a bit sketchy with staying open until 10. The phone rang out, with no message to say they were closed. When you're sick and looking to fill a script you need reliability.

This morning I was there at 0835 and the shop was closed despite google and a sign in the shop’s window advertising an 0800 opening time. Please open on time or change your advertised opening hours to allow for your Sunday morning sleep in. This is not the first time this has happened.

Great after hours service/opening times but ridiculously overpriced! A single course of paediatric amoxil was priced 300%+ More than chemist warehouse!!!! Paying for the convenience of being able to get medicine later in the evening but that kind of price difference is disgraceful.

This chemist is the best. Open till late. Fast service. They answer any questions you have. They aren't more expensive than any other chemist and they look after you first and foremost. I couldn't ask for anything else.

Very  bad costumer service and they didn’t give me my X-ray report they said they will send directly to my doctor and never send I went to doctor he said they didn’t send him I just wasted my time and money I recommend every People not to go there...

Advertised as opening 7:30 online and on door. Sitting outside waiting for chemist to open after my night shift. It is 7:36am
