I visited this chemist about a week ago needing a script that I had forgotten to bring from interstate. The lady behind the counter was so helpful, getting the escript so that I could have access to my important medication. She was so friendly and made sure that I was taken care of. The staff at the front counter were so nice and again, very helpful, assisting me in finding products I was after. 100% recommend this chemist!

The staff at Capital Chemist Wanniassa went above and beyond to help me today. I live interstate and needed to organise urgent medication for my mother in law with COVID. Their customer service and empathy was exemplary.

Been a customer for 40 years, I lived across the road growing up & continue to go there as an adult. Capital Chemist staff should not be playing god with people's health / lives, twice now a medication of mine has been in so called short supply, I didn't question this till second time round, had 2 doctors tell me that was not true & to enquire elsewhere. I enquired at another chemist only to find out its in stock, when I questioned Wanniassa, apparently they're going down a waitlist when stock arrives. After more than 6 months without this medication my health has greatly deteriorated, now requiring additional medical appointments. I am now off to get my medication from another chemist. So much for service to your loyal customers.nnIn response to below comment: The right thing to do would have been to pass the script to me rather than the chemist hold onto it so I could enquire elsewhere

Lots of staff with plenty of knowledge. Always happy to go the extra mile to help you. I phone my required scripts through in the morning and pick them up that afternoon. Home delivery for a reasonable price too. Have been encouraged to change to another pharmacy but good service like this deserves loyalty. Bravo team!!

I bought antibiotics for my child from Wanniassa Capital chemist on 22/3/24 for $ 31.60.  After couple days I had to buy exactly same antibiotic, which I bought from Calwell Capital chemist 24/3/24 for $ 24.21. I contacted Wanniassa to enqire about the price difference, they informed even though they are same franchise their rates are different.nPlease be aware of this.Why would we spend extra money for the same product?
