I had such a wonderful experience at Chemist Warehouse Phillip a few weeks back.nnSimoran and Bimarsha were incredibly obliging and went above and beyond to help me. They were patient, kind, and genuinely attentive — nothing felt like too much trouble.nnRonny from security was also very helpful and professional, and Sarita assisted me over the phone and was just as lovely and accommodating.nnI was truly impressed with the level of customer service from everyone involved. It’s so refreshing to walk into a store where the staff are friendly, capable, and happy to help.nnHighly recommend this store — such a great team!

Your policy is ridiculous. I can't pick up the order that my wife ordered because I don't have her id? Then what did you create the barcode for, genius? You mean someone will try top level hacking to get the barcode and steal some supplements? They may as well aim for the bank if they're that smart. Terrible.

Was a 5 star chemist, been going there exclusively for years. New management? Don't take your time browsing the ailses whilst waiting for scripts. They will chase you through the ailses and make you empty all your pockets. Yet leaving another customer filling a trolley full of bags alone.nThey cornered me and forced me to hold a basket whilst I was telling them I have a torn rotator cuff. So I shouldnt be carrying anything. They've put the pain back months because they insisted I was attempting to steal from the store.nAbsolutely 1 star customer service and won't be returning any time soon.

Worst chemist warehouse I have visited my entire life. Went there to certify my urgent documents. I was asked to wait for 30 minutes. I waited for around 50 minutes and I was told to wait for next 20 minutes again. So I took my document without certifying and went home. They just took 1 hour of my life for nothing. I Would not even suggest a dead man to visit that store. Not trying to blame the staff, but such a poor management.
