Great Range, but Parking IssuesnnI often visit Chemist Warehouse Woden for their extensive range of products and bulk discount items. They offer great value for money. However, the small shared car park has been lost due to construction next door, making parking more difficult.

09/11/2024nToday it took me to wait more than 40 minutes to get the Medicine dispatched from the Pharmacy...nAre they taking the advantage of the cheap price, and Customer can wait as long as they can, no respect for the customers time and respect....nnCan't they put more staff....nnGood  place to purchase your medicinesnLow prices compared to other Pharmacy.nHowever as usual always long waiting queue time at the Medicine counter and the cashier's pay counter...nOne one casher was serving this long queue. ..nNeed to add some Pharmacist and Cashers.      ...nWaited for the Medicine dispatch for more than 30 minutes.nAre they taking this for granted from customers. Since their Medicines are cheaper in price...

Prescription medication staff are unorganised. Waited for more than an hour just for 1 medication. They will not call your name out even if your meds has been sitting on their counter for so long. Please improve your system.

Went to the pharmacist to ask for the at home uti test strips as they were behind the counter. At first she had no idea what i was talking about and she browsed and found it. I asked for a second one as they had 2 for $15 rather then paying $10-$12 for 1, when I did this she raised her eyebrows and made a face at me aswell as laughing then handed me the second one. I asked her what the face was for and she mumbled something i couldn't understand then laughed again, i then said thanks for the judgement and walked away. Never have i ever been made feel so embarrassed at a chemist, there was no mistaking her reaction for anything else, I am 100% confident in that. Will never spend my money here again as I left feeling embarrassed, self conscious and emotional. What poor customer service.
