Hate this place. The security guards at the front glare at you when you walk in as well as out wow great greeting , staff don't want to help and don't even know where certain items are in the store,  somehow you have a million staff members in the way in each aisle making it impossible to browse yet you manage to have NO staff barely in the front counter so it's ALWAYS a long queue EVERY time.  Customer service died here well and truly. And let's not even start on the UNACCEPTABLE state of parking...

Horrible staff! I wanted to buy perfume, the staff from the department started to get nervous and behave rudely. I came 2 times and 2 times she didn't help me. Strange behavior when the seller rudely runs around you, says rude words and doesn't help. My experience is different at a children's daycare. There is always a nervous girl with piercings and short long hair working there. When I try to find something I need in a pile of goods, she constantly makes noise with a metal ladder, the baby gets scared and starts crying. It's like a strategy for her.nnI'd rather spend my time and go to Fishwick. The service is great, the staff is great, the products are carefully placed on the shelves.

Pretty annoyed at the pharmacist right now. I was meant to get the generic version of my medication, but they had run out. This would have been fine if they had just told me and I would have gone elsewhere, because the name brand of my medication is *significantly* dearer than the generic. Instead, she filled the script leaving me scrambling in store to transfer money around in order to figure out how to pay for it.

The parking situation at this store is truly inadequate. Given the number of residents in the area, the parking lot is far too small and difficult to navigate. It’s disappointing to see such limited space, especially in case of an emergency—finding a spot would be nearly impossible. Additionally, it’s concerning for elderly or disabled customers who may struggle to access nearby parking. On top of that, the store itself feels outdated and in need of improvement. The staff would benefit from further training to provide a better customer experience.
