The location of this pharmacy was very convenient for me, but I've had more personable service elsewhere. It wasn't really horrible or anything, just a bit cold. I came to get a medical certificate as I took the day off work unwell and was surprised to have the nitty gritty details of my illness listed out on the document. I think this is a bit of a privacy issue as I wasn't given the opportunity to consent or decline. An employer doesn't have to know these details, just that I'm ill and that I won't be fit for work for X many days. I've never seen this detail included on a medical certificate before. The consult was also undertaken in the middle of the pharmacy over the top of the 'scripts-in' counter. Fortunately I didn't have to describe any embarrassing symptoms, but I wouldn't have been comfortable to give a straight answer in the middle of the shop floor!

The pharmacist is helpful and if they don't have my medication in stock they always offer to order it for me which i greatly appreciate. They offer deliveries to the local area as well which is nice
