I had a very bad experience with this pharmacy. I had a script for compounding ointment. I normally go to the other Priceline pharmacy opposite to Coles, but they were busy and asked me to come next day to pick up. So I chose to go to this Priceline opposite to Woolies because they said they may prepare the ointment on the same day and also assured me they will charge me the discounted price with the Health Care Card. 

I received a call from the pharmacist the next day by saying that it is ready to be picked up and I will have to pay the full price. But when I told the pharmacist that what I was told at the time when I left the script with them about the discounted price. I also mentioned him that the other Priceline Pharmacy quoted me the discounted price as well. Then pharmacist got very rude and said " I am the pharmacist here I know what to do, so you have to pay the full price otherwise you take your prescription back and go somewhere else."

Now I have picked up the compounded ointment by paying the full price and also mentioned at the counter about the bad experience I had. 

I've never ever had such a worst experience with any pharmacy before and I am sure about this that I won't go to this pharmacy again.

Great service like always. Staff always friendly and if they don't know something they find it out. Priceline are great pharmacies with great pharmacists.

New to the Marketplace having relocated from further up the street.
More than happy with the support and information provided to me by the staff and the pharmacist to an issue I had.
Will happily use their services on a continual basis.
