We were recommended by the local campground as a good choice for dinner and they were correct. Reasonably priced food with generous portions. Service was quick and friendly
Great spot for a bite and the service was impeccable. I'm not one to give 5 stars often, but this was right up there in my favorite experiences. Food was pretty good, big meals, well cooked and presented. My husband, myself and our 13 year old daughter shared the fisherman's basket, small garlic bread, and the chicken and bacon salad and were all very full.
It wasn't a great start as we were greeted by a male staff member that gave the impression he didn't want to be there. But we ordered our meals and drinks then sat on the deck outside with a great view of the harbour. We were brought our meals out by another staff member that was very happy and friendly which lifted our mood. The meals were not only tasty, well cooked but large as well so all in all well worth the money. So next time you are in Picton I recommend you try them as I'll be recommending them to both family and friends.
Stopped here for a couple of drinks and a snack, and I have to say that the mussels were absolutely delicious! My husband and I almost got another round because they were THAT good. Great views, friendly service, and yummy food. What else can you ask for?
We ordered the fishermans basket, didn't expected much but it turns out to be one of the best seafood platter we had in New Zealand! Highly recommended. Coffee are good too, the face latte art is cutenAnd the staffs are friendly!
